Information for Guests Travelling on Air Vanuatu Domestic Services
Resumption of Services & Flight Schedule
Airports Vanuatu have confirmed that Port Vila Airport has been reopened for commercial services from Sunday 22 December 2024.
Air Vanuatu services have now been scheduled to operate from Sunday 22 December 2024.

Temporary Location of Air Vanuatu Sales Office in Port Vila
Due to restrictions placed by the Authorities on Port Vila CBD, our Sales & Ticketing Office has been relocated to the Domestic Terminal at Port Vila Airport.

Commercial Policy for Guests Affected by Flight Cancellations
The following commercial policy will apply to those Guests who are booked and ticketed to travel between Tuesday 17 December 2024 to Tuesday 24 December:
1. Defer their travel to another date - change fees waived
2. Cancel their booking and use their credit for future travel
3. Cancel their booking and ask for full refund - refund fee waived
